We are always looking for quality Party Coordinators to run events and give the kids a great time. Pay ranges from 15-17$ an hour. Learn event management, Social Media campaign management, customer service, and other skills relating to operations management of an event venue. Good luck!

Job Description:

1. Helping prepare venue spaces (tables, chairs, party décor, table clothes, party supplies)

2. Following detailed event plans and timelines (type of party)

3. Assisting clients and guests before, during, and after events

4. Managing guest safety and troubleshooting on event day

5. Photograph/film birthday moments

6. Closing procedures: cleaning and putting away of party supplies

7. Communicating with staff

8. Building positive relationships with parents/clients, coworkers

9. Play games like Nerf Wars with kids

10. Other duties as assigned
