Waiver
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that activities at Party Zone may involve running, jumping, physical games, inflatable structures, sports, and other active play. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, and other accidents that could result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability
I, for myself and/or my child, hereby release and hold harmless Party Zone, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for injury, illness, or property damage arising out of participation in any Party Zone activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Party Zone staff to secure medical treatment for my child and agree to be responsible for any related costs.
4. Safety Rules
I agree that myself and/or my child will follow all posted rules and instructions from Party Zone staff. Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.
5. Media Release
I grant permission for Party Zone to take photographs and/or video of my child for promotional use, including social media, website, and print materials, without compensation. I waive any rights to the images and understand they may be used without further notice.
6. Acknowledgement
I have read and understand this agreement, and I voluntarily sign it on behalf of myself and/or my child. I understand this is a legally binding release of liability.
